40 DOPE LEOPARD PRINT PIECES UNDER $100 FOR A *SAVAGE SUMMER THAT WON’T EMPTY YOUR WALLET
I don’t think I could have found a cheesier title for this post if I tried, but let’s just say I thought I was funny. So here we are. And honestly, the title doesn’t really matter because what’s about to hit you is just SO. FRICKIN’. GOOD.
There’s a 99.99999% chance you already know, unless you’re really dumb (sorry!) or maybe you clicked on this post without reading the title. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, lol. But yeah, for the 0.00001% today we’re talking about 40 leopard print pieces for Summer (and some for Fall… Ew, I know.) that are all under $100, which I know is a sweet spot for a lot of people. A lot of these are way under $100 too, more like between the $10 to $40 mark, which is even sweeter.
So without blabbering for forever, here are the pieces, and if you keep scrolling, we’ll go over each category together (just imagine we’re holding hands, lmao).
As you can see, I organized them by category, because I like to pretend that I’ve got my shit together. I thought it would be fun to go over each style briefly, starting with…
The Super Casual T-shirts (1-7) I don’t have a lot of regular t-shirts, but I feel like when you’re dabbling in a super busy print, a basic tee is a good way to do it. You can dress it down with jeans and a blazer, or dress it up with a black pencil skirt and it’s an amazing piece for layering. I’m personally a big fan of these, because as I mentioned in my last leopard print-themed post, I find that leopard often has that “I’m an old lady trying to be sexy by overly sexualizing myself” feel to it, and I think that a basic tee is the perfect contrast to that. If you don’t wanna go for a total leopard print, I find #1 and #7 to be just a subtle nod to leopard, without being too “in-yo-face”.
The Feminine Tops (8-12) These are still tops, but I find them to be a total different vibe than a regular old t-shirt. I feel like even though they’re feminine and definitely on the sexier side, they give off that “I’m a tough chick” vibe. I would personally pair these tops with distressed denim shorts for an edgy daytime look.
The Sweaters (13-16) This is the brief Fall-themed portion of this post, but I feel like unless you live in a tropical place, a sweater can be useful even in the Summer. I personally always get cold in LA in the evening, so I love to have a warmer option on hand after sunset. For a sweater, I definitely love a more abstract leopard print, and I feel like these are not going anywhere this Fall!!
The Dresses (17-22) The first one in this category (#17) is actually a 2-piece set, but I mean… You know. I recently warmed up to the idea of a leopard dress (obviously) but I personally feel like they work best when they’re either a little longer and not skin-tight. When I wear a leopard dress, I try to stay as far as possible from anything that I would wear to a club, just because it really reminds me of the vibe I mentioned above in the t-shirt section. And while I do believe that it’s fantastic to wear whatever makes you happy and makes you feel confident (and I also love dressing in a way that makes me feel sexy), I still believe that there is such a thing as good taste and to me, a short, satin, skin-tight leopard dress is just a little too much.
The Skirts (23-27) When it comes to skirt, you know I like ‘em short, wether they’re leopard print or not. I also love the midi leopard skirts, and my only guideline when it comes to leopard print skirts is that they aren’t skin-tight. But then again, I never really wear skin-tight skirts anyways, as I find flouncy skirts to be way more forgiving - and they also make your legs look slimmer.
The Swimsuits (28-31) If you ask me, the first swim options is the smartest, because I would definitely wear that as a bodysuit with some jeans. But for some reason, I am inexplicably attracted to leopard print bikinis. I feel like the beach or the pool is THE place where you can be half naked and flaunt it, so I say GO FOR IT and take out that leopard print, baby!!
The Accessories, Shoes & Bags (23-40) This is a really cool way to wear leopard print, and honestly, I’m obsessed with some of these pieces. I feel like when it comes to accessories, leopard is a timeless option and goes with everything. I’m particularly in love with the belt, all of the sneakers (you know my obsession with chunky sneakers, lol) and the super cute bucket bag that I neeeeed!!!
