The Hungarian Brunette OOTD camo pants city look

Here we are again with another outfit post. Today’s outfit is all about the camo pants. If I’m being fully honest here, I have to admit I’ve been wanting camo pants for years, but never indulged, because they kind of clashed with my style. And also, I could never find a pair that ticked all my camo boxes. I know, that sounds weird. But bear with me.

In my head and heart, the perfect camo pants are casual and utilitarian, but can be dressed up or down. Since they’re masculine and edgy by definition, they’re also form-fitting enough to show the feminine body. And lastly, LENGTH. This is what I find makes or breaks the perfect camo pant. Some of you might have noticed, but I roll the cuffs of most of my jeans. What can I say, I like to show some ankle.

I don’t wanna digress to much here, but I always say I dress for my body type and not for trends. Since my body type is skinny and lanky, I don’t have that many curves to showcase. But one “sexy” feature of mine that’s been pointed out many times is my ankles - actually my legs. While I do wear lots of shorts and skirts to showcase my long legs, I still like to show a bit of ankle when I’m wearing pants.

These camo pants fit all my criteria: They’re the perfect length to show some ankle, they’re form-fitting but not too tight, and I also love this particular camo print. Now these ones are from Forever 21 Kids (linked below), but I also included lots of similar adult-sized options. For reference, I’m 5.8” and wearing a size 11/12.

Since I wanted to go for a casual (but still polished) look, I paired my camo pants with a grey long sleeved tee and a black blazer, both from H&M. Then, I accessorized it with black leather cutout sandals (the most comfortable ever, btw, from Guess), a See by Chloé bucket bag, a black belt (H&M) and some sunglasses from Forever 21.

I also linked the exact same sandals I’m wearing below - I can’t even believe they’re still available, because I got mine 2 years ago! I also linked some similar options at various price points. My bucket bag is now sold-out, but See by Chloé releases the same shape in different material and colour combinations every season, so I also linked their current ones, as well as some other bucket bags options, just in case.

What do you guys think of this look? Do you have any camo pants? Is it something you would wear? I usually have more of a feminine style, but I do love myself some more edgy looks, so this is right up my alley!

As usual, you can let me know what you think in the comments section below, or you can come chat on Instagram!

Love you guys!

Jenny, xx
