The Hungarian Brunette summer plaid blazer outfit (3 of 6).jpg

Hey guys, welcome back! Today I want to talk about how I updated one of my favourite pieces in my closet for the Summer… And you might have guessed it, I’m talking about my plaid blazer. I got it a few months ago to wear as an extra layer in the Winter (I wore it over a CK Jeans sweater RIGHT HERE), but that doesn’t mean that I’ll stop wearing it now that warmer weather is here.

In fact, I’ve worn it twice so far with denim shorts and a graphic tee, and I feel like it might be my favourite combination. I’m gonna be wearing it like that a lot this season, hence why I named it “my Summer uniform”. Since I’m also kind of obsessed with a good graphic tee, I thought would give you guys a few (!!) options, just in case you dig this look:

As you can see, there’s a whole lot going on there, from classic band tees to various retro influences, to animals and plants. All graphic tees aren’t created equal, but I truly believe that there’s a good graphic tee for every theme in the world. As you might have noticed, I’m not really a fan of slogan tees though, and to be honest, I always find them kinda cheesy. The only one in here that’s purely words says M TH R F CK R… Which shouldn’t be surprising at all, coming from me. And yes, that’s totally a tee I would wear. I feel like it would be hilarious to see that t-shirt on a chick.

Aside from the graphic tee and my trusted plaid blazer, my favourite part of this outfit has to be my bag. It’s a Cobble Hill crossbody bag by Botkier, and I’m pretty sure it’s my favourite bag. It honestly has the construction and feel of a designer bag, but for 10% of the price. At just under $200, this bag is amazing - I seriously cannot stop raving about it, and I would buy it in another colour any day. It’s the perfect size, in the sense that it’s small enough to be easily carried around but it still holds A LOT. It has 4 different compartments, it keeps its shape and structure really well, it’s super sturdy and it looks good from any angle. The design is simple but elevated, and it also comes with 2 really different types of straps, so you can really change the look of your bag.

I’m obsessed with mine because it has 3 different textures (leather, suede and calf hair) and I also love the print on the flap. But that being said, I also really love these 4 options, and they have even more colour variations available.

I hope you guys enjoyed the inspo and liked at least a few of the graphic tees above. Let me know which one is your favourite in the comments section below. And, as always, let me know if there’s anything specific you would like to see on the blog.

Love you guys,

Jenny xx
